This diet helps
you to lose two to five pounds in two weeks. You consume enough vitamins
and minerals, so there is no feeling of weakness, and the diet is repeated
three times in five
days or less if you need less to lose weight.
DAY ONE –

Breakfast: 1 orange, 4 crackers, 1 cup of coffee

crackers, 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar.
DAY FOUR –

Breakfast: 1 orange, 4 crackers, 1 cup of coffee
or tea without sugar;

Lunch: 125 g low-fat cheese, 1 tomato, 4
crackers;
·
Dinner: 1 steak (125 g beef), 4 crackers, 2
tomatoes, 1 apple.
DAY FIVE –

Breakfast: 1 orange, 4 crackers, 1 cup of coffee
or tea;
·
Lunch: 200 g of boiled fish or chicken, 4
crackers, 1 tomato;
·
Dinner: 500 g of cooked vegetables, 1 boiled
egg, 1 tomato.
