arthritis, and rheumatism and numerous other healthy factors.

This homemade recipe comes from some Old Russian medical books and was proved
to be remarkably beneficial. It is made from simple ingredients which can be
found in every home. You can even do this while you are sleeping.
RECIPE:
Ingredients:

Honey
·
Sea salt
·
Baking soda
Preparation:
Use plastic / ceramic or wooden tablespoon. Mix
all of the ingredients together until you get a good homogeneous combination.
Put it in an empty cream container or some other packaging and that’s it you
are done with the preparation of this awesome remedy.
How to use it:
Put some homemade cream on the affected area,
cover the area with a plastic bag and wrap it with a woolen cloth, if possible
a scarf. But, make sure to tie it loose. Leave the cream on for about 2 hours.
The best way is to do this before you go to bed,
since during the night you don’t move your joints, and they can heal much
better. In the morning you can rinse the area.
